Lara feat. LSQ withdrew from Dora 2025 – Swingers to compete instead
After a huge success in Eurovision 2024 and achieving their best result ever in the Contest, Croatia’s HRT is once again organizing Dora in order to find their entry for 2025. A total of 24 songs will compete over two Semi Finals and one Grand Final, where the winner will be selected by a mix of jury votes and televoting. As Eurosong.hr reports, One of the announced 24 acts – Lara feat. LSQ have now withdrawn from the competition, leaving the space open for the first selected replacement entry – Swingers with their song “Ful Kul”.
“Ful Kul” was written by Robert Mareković (music and lyrics), whilst the arrangements were done by the band members themselves. This now means that the first back-up entry now for Dora 2025 (should anyone else leave the competition) is Fenksta with the song “Extra”. And whilst we are awaiting all of the songs from the upcoming Dora to be released, check out one of the latest singles of Swingers – “Zapleši Twist”:
Is this going to be a similar scenario to last year, when Baby Lasagna got to compete after Zsa Zsa withdrew, and went on to finish as the runner-up in Eurovision in Malmö?
