Ukraine selected their jury members for Vidbir 2025

The Ukrainian national broadcaster UA:PBC is once again organizing Vidbir in order to find their entry for Eurovision 2025. As it was a tradition in the previous years, the public broadcaster consulted the public once again regarding who they would like to see being the three jurors of this national final. This voting has now been concluded, and our three winning jurors have been announced.

A total of 442,374 votes were received in this voting for the jury selection, and the three winners were:

  1. Jamala – the winner of Eurovision 2016 (156,048 votes)
  2. Sergiy Tanchinets – the lead singer of the rock band “Bez Obmezheny” (89,516 votes)
  3. Kateryna Pavlenko – the lead singer of Go_A (52,359 votes)

They will be judging and ranking the finalists of Vidbir 2025, which is set to take place on the 8th of February. 9 finalists have already been announced:

  • Future Culture
  • Khayat
  • Krylata
  • Molodi
  • Ziferblat
  • Abiye
  • DK Enerhetik
  • Masha Kondratenko
  • Vlad Sheryf

The 10th finalist will be selected via an online vote from the remaining acts from the originally announced long list of finalists:

  • Brykulets
  • Enleo
  • Fiinka
  • Grisana
  • Mon Fia
  • Muayad
  • Ranrawi
  • Slukhay Sashu
  • Starykova Hrystyna
  • Teslenko
  • Yagody

The 10th finalist of Vidbir 2025 will be selected among these 11 acts via an online vote by the 17th of January.

Ukraine finished in 3rd place in Eurovision 2024 in Malmö with “Teresa & Maria” performed by alyona alyona and Jerry Heil. Check out their performance once again right here below:
