Slovenian broadcaster RTVSLO have just released more information about their national selection: EMA 2018, the national of which the winner represent Slovenia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018.

Two nights in February are reserved for a semi-final and a final, but the dates of those aren’t known yet. They will be held in RTVLO’s studio 1. The semi-final will contain 16 songs and half of those will qualify to the final. Four will be chosen by a jury and four by the televoters,

In the final the final outcome will be decided for 50% by the televoters and for 50% by six different juries. This year’s edition saw different juries deciding part of the outcome too and in that case they represented different regions of Slovenia.
