Here are YOUR favorites in the fourth semi final of Selectia Nationala!

The fourth semi final of Selectia Nationala 2018, Romania’s national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest takes place tonight in Turda. A total of 12 acts are going to compete for the three places in the Final in tonight’s show, and these three finalists are going to be selected entirely by the jury, televoting will have no say in the results tonight.

In the past couple of days we ran a poll asking you which songs you would like to see qualify for the Final of Selectia Nationala 2018, and with just under 400 votes received, here are the current results:

  1. Feli – Buna de iubit – 19.76%
  2. Nicoleta Ticala – Una oportunidad – 14.29%
  3. Lion’s Roar – Rekindle The Flame – 12.14%
  4. Paula Crisan – I Am Here – 11.43%
  5. Alice Jeckel – Out Of The Dark – 9.52%
  6. Tiri – Desrt de sentimente – 7.62%
  7. Claudia Andas – The One – 7.14%
  8. Ioana Ciornea – Time After Time – 6.90%
  9. Zøltan – Daca dragostea e oarba – 4.29%
  10. Bernice Chitiul – Too Busy For My Heart – 3.81%
  11. Dan Manciulea – Raza de soare – 1.67%
  12. Cristian Siminonescu – Nirvana – 1.43%

Our editors panel have also listened to the 12 songs which are competing tonight, and voted for them. This is our outcome:

  1. Alice Jeckel – Out Of The Dark
  2. Lion’s Roar – Rekindle The Flame
  3. Feli – Buna de iubit
  4. Tiri – Desrt de sentimente
  5. Nicoleta Ticala – Una oportunidad
  6. Paula Crisan – I Am Here
  7. Claudia Andas – The One
  8. Ioana Ciornea – Time After Time
  9. Zøltan – Daca dragostea e oarba
  10. Dan Manciulea – Raza de soare
  11. Bernice Chitiul – Too Busy For My Heart
  12. Cristian Siminonescu – Nirvana

Both our readers and our editors agree that two of the three qualifiers in tonight’s show should be Feli and Lion’s Roar, and whilst our readers would love to see Nicoleta Ticala be the third qualifier tonight, our editors think that should be Alice Jeckel. Dan Manciulea, Bernice Chitiul and Cristian Siminonescu failed to impress all of us and came in the bottom three in both votes.

You can still vote in our poll if you haven’t done so until now, and you can still change the result. The poll will close at the end of the show tonight. Vote for your personal favorites that you would like to see proceed to the Finals, right here:
