Glennis Grace makes it to the Finals of America’s Got Talent!

The 2005 Dutch Eurovision entrant, Glennis Grace, has made it to the Finals of the 2018 America’s Got Talent, from the second semi final which took place last night.

After wowing the judges with Whitney Houston’s “Run To You” in the auditions, and Sinead O’Connor’s “Nothing Compares To You” in the Judge’s Cuts, Glennis performed Kate Bush’s “This Woman’s Work” in the second semi final. She won the Google Instant Save, also known as the “Dunkin’ Save”, and is thus one of the 10 finalists of this year’s America’s Got Talent.

In the Finals of America’s Got Talent, Glennis will compete against three other singers, two stand-up comedians, an electric violinist, an acrobatic group, a close-up magician, and a trapeze duo. The Final will take place on the 18th of September, and the results show will be held on the 19th.

Glennis took part in the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest singing ‘My Impossible Dream’, finishing 14th in the semi final with 53 points, missing out of the Grand Final.
