Michela Pace has tonight been crowned winner of The X Factor Malta and will now go on to represent Malta in this years Eurovision. Michela sung a range of songs at the final including Ed Sheeran’s ‘Perfect’ and a stunning rendition of Bonnie Tyler’s ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart’.
The results were as follows:
1) Michela Pace
2) Owen Leuellen
3) Nicole Frendo
4) Petra
The evening included a range of performances including Petra singing ‘Be my guest’ amongst others, and Nicole performing Pink’s ‘Just give me a reason’. Owen Leuellen sung a range of songs including his own song ‘Believe’ and the eventual winner Michela performed Ed Sheeran’s ‘Perfect’ and Bonnie Tyler’s ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart’.
The competition began on 8th October last year with judges Howard Keith Debono, Ray Mercieca, Alexandra Alden aswell as Ira Losco who represented Malta at the Eurovision in 2002 and 2016. The show was hosted by Ben Camille.
As we reported earlier today, Michela was not only Malta’s favourite, but your favourite too!
