Yesterday evening, another of the songs destined for Eurovision 2018 was selected via a national final. The grand final of Iceland’s Söngvakeppnin 2018 took place at Laugardalshöll in the capital city of Reykjavík, deciding who will be heading to Lisbon to represent the country in May.

After all six songs were performed and scored, there was a superfinal between Dagur Sigurðsson and Ari Ólafsson, with Ari finally taking the top spot with his song “Our Choice”.

ESCBubble were on site for the show – and very shortly after Ari was crowned the winner, we grabbed him backstage for a quick interview and chat. You can watch it in the video below!
