Selectia Nationala kicks off later this month, with its first semi final in Iasi on the 27th of January. The line-up of this semi final was announced a couple of days ago, but there has now been a change, as Laura Bretan will be taking part in the second semi final now, which will be held in Arad on the 10th of February, leaving semi 1 with a total of 11 songs.

The organizers have decided to “move Laura back” to competing in the second semi final, as it was originally going to be the case, before Mihai withdrew from the competition. Now even though there are going to be 24 songs in total, we are going to have uneven semi finals – 11 songs will compete in Iasi in semi final 1, whilst 13 songs are going to compete in semi 2 in Arad.
