The first announced guest of the 8th Eurovision Gala Night in Luxembourg, which will be held on the 31st of October this year, is the winner of the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest – Ruslana!

Ruslana will be joined by her dancers from Ukraine at this annual Gala, which will be held at the prestigious Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains in Luxembourg. Together with her dancers, Ruslana will perform numerous hits, including of course her winning song from Eurovision – Wild Dances. As we all know, she is one of the most well-known artists in Ukraine, and she was one of the leading figures of the pro-EU protests. In between other awards, she is the winner of the International Woman of Courage Award, as well as the “Lev Kopelev” Prize for Peace and Human Rights.
