Skopski Festival tonight at 20:15

The First National Final before Eurovision Song Contest 2015 will start tonight at 20:15 CET as Macedonian audience and international jury will pick their entry to Vienna. Skopski Festival hosted by Vasil Zafricev  in Metropolis Arena in Skopje is organised by national broadcaster MKRTV. Today 20 candidates will sing 20 songs in native language with live orchestra. Audience and international jury (50/50) will decide who should be new Macedonian Eurovision entry. Special guests for tonight’s show will be Kaliopi (ESC 2012) and Karolina Goceva (ESC 2002 and 2007).

As we don’t know their songs yet, we can predict some favorities only by popularity. Among candidates we can find two previous Eurostars – Tamara Todevska (ESC 2008) and Vlatko Ilievski (ESC 2011), some NF veterans (i.e. Risto Samardziev – he participated in Skopje Fest 5 times already), winner of “X-Factor Adria” – Daniel Kajmakovski, JESC entrant from 2003 – Viktorija Loba and Eurovision backing vocals (Dimiatar Andonovski in 2013, Nina Janeva in 2012).
