Tina Müller and Martin Brygmann are ready to create an amazing atmosphere for Denmark’s largest music festival, Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2022. The big Grand Prix party is planned, when the experienced DR host Tina Müller and the entertainer Martin Brygmann are ready for the second time to lead the whole of Denmark through the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix – directly from Jyske Bank Boxen in Herning – on March 5, 2022.

In next year’s edition of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, you can look forward to a festive music experience with a focus on new, Danish music. It is not only the viewers who can look forward to enjoying the evening’s musical performances – for the first time in two years, it is possible that the show will be watched by the live audience.

Dansk Melodi Grand Prix is ​​a huge festival and after two years without audiences, I am most looking forward to, together with a packed Boxen, giving the eight songs and artists the support and celebration they deserve. (Tina Müller)

This year’s music field will consist of eight songs. Both songs and artists will be published in February 2022, prior to the event. Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2022 will be broadcast live on DRTV and DR1 on 5 March at 20.00. Ticket sales for the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix start on 23 September at 10 am.

Earlier this year it was Fyr Og Flamme who won the DMGP 2021 with their song Øve Os På Hinanden. Sadly they didn’t qualify to the 2021 Grand Final. Take a look at their performance once again below:
