Bambie Thug will represent Ireland at Eurovision 2024

After a 2 hour final in which six artists battled it out, Ireland have selected their Eurovision representative for 2024 – Bambie Thug with Doomsday Blue.

A combination of national jury, international jury, and televote chose the winner. It was close until the televote scores were announced, but in the end Bambie Thug won, 8 points clear of any other song. The full results are below.

  3. Doomsday Blue – 8 points
  4. Go Tobann – 6 points
  5. Judas – 4 points
  6. Let Me Be The Fire – 2 points

National Jury Results

  1. Doomsday Blue – 12 points
  2. Go Tobann – 10 points
  3. Judas – 8 points
  4. Love Me Like I Do – 6 points
  5. Let Me Be The Fire – 4 points
  6. Love Like Us – 2 points

  1. Doomsday Blue – 12 points

Bambie Thug will be hoping to improve on Ireland’s result last year when Wild Youth failed to qualify, scoring only 10 points in their semi final. Arguably the most out there song Ireland have sent in the last decade, we are all intrigued to see how Ireland will fare in Sweden this May!
