The Israeli “Rising Star” has finished last night, and was won by Nadav Guedj who will now go on to represent Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015, to be held in Vienna.

Four acts were competing in the Grand Final of Rising Star, in order to win the votes of the jury and the audience through an app. Avia Shoshani was the eliminated first, thus finishing fourth. Sary Nachmias ended third, while the runner ups of this show were Iky Levy and The Rasta Hebrew Men.

Nadav will compete in the second half of the second semi final in Vienna. Give a listen to one of his performances in Rising Star, where he sang Celine Dion’s Eurovision entry “Ne partez pas sans moi”.
