Last Saturday, in a special edition of the variety show Ti Lascio Una Canzone, the twins Chiara & Martina Scarpari were elected winners ahead of nine other hopefuls. However, RAI today released a statement stating that “technical mistakes in the final phase of the voting … might have made the final vote invalid.”
RAI announced the final phase of the voting will be redone during this weekend’s edition of the show, where the sisters will face the other finalist, Giovanni Sutera Sardo, once again.
The live broadcast will start at 21:10 CET at RAI Uno and televote will decide the winner, who gets the ticket to Sofia, Bulgaria and will be representing Italy there on November 21.
