The first semi final of Depi Evratesil has just concluded in Yerevan and it provided some surprising results!

10 acts performed for both an international jury and the televoting public but only 5 could proceed to the grand final on February 25th. The acts that qualified were:

Gevorg Harutyunyan – “Stand Up”

Lusine Mardanyan – “If You Don’t Walk Me Home”

Mger Armenia – “Forever”

Nemra – “I’m a Liar”

Robert Koloyan – “Get Away With Us”

There were a couple of surprises as fan favourite and 2015 representative Tamar Kaprelian failed to make it through and Gata Band who went down very well with the audience in the studio also failed to progress.

Semi final 2 will take place on 22nd February where 10 more acts will perform and 5 will join tonight’s winners . You can let us know who you would like to see make it through on our poll here:
