Sanja Ilic & Balkanika – impressions after winning Beovizija 2018

Sanja Ilic & Balkanika won Beovizija 2018 last night, and they will go on to represent Serbia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Portugal, this coming May. They won both the jury votes, and the televoting with over double the amount of votes than the second placed act.

Moments after they won Beovizija, we spoke to two members of Balkanika – Danica Krstic and Mladen Lukic, and got their first impressions. Check out what did they tell us right here in this video:

I watched Eurovision in 1998 for the first time (by accident), and wondered what this show was where this girl with a cape sang in Croatian on Hungarian television. It's needless to say that I watch this show ever since. 2008 in Belgrade was the first Eurovision I've ever been to, and since then I've been to most of them.
My favourite Eurovision winner is "Everyway That I Can", and one of my all time favorite Eurovision songs is "Igranka".
