While 2024 National Final season might feel too distant to start getting excited about, dates continue to be confirmed in the calendar for fans to soon look forward to.

Today we head to Italy, where national broadcaster Rai have officially confirmed the dates for Sanremo 2024. From the 6th to the 10th of February, a new set of entrants will perform at the festival in the hopes of securing the grand prize – and with it, a ticket to Eurovision.

For the fifth and final year in a row, conductor and artistic director Amadeus will lead the show, and is said to already be screening potential entries. At the beginning of the month Amadeus announced his intentions to step down from his role, meaning that this edition of Sanremo will be his last.

As it stands, we know very little about the contest for 2024. In the coming weeks however, we can expect to see artist rumours begin to circulate.
