RTL presentes the first Luxembourg Song Contest

Broadcaster RTL in Luxembourg have chosen a name for their long-awaited national final for the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest. They have gone with the simple, yet effective title the Luxembourg Song Contest!

The first edition of this new event is set to kick off on 27th January live from the Rockhal in Luxembourg. RTL describes it as something “set to become a landmark event in our cultural landscape, showcasing the very best that our music scene has to offer!”

While we wait for the names of the artists and songs, RTL promises a wide range of musical genres and styles to please all music fans.

The RTL team is also working on a state-of-the-art show which will feature a “spectacular stage design, advanced lighting technology and top-notch sound engineering.”

The inaugural LSC will be broadcast live on RTL and across the broadcaster’s digital platforms as well, with commentary available in English and French!
