Kaleen will represent Austria in Eurovision 2024… with ‘We Will Rave’?

The Austrian national broadcaster opted once again for an internal selection for Eurovision, and earlier this morning, ORF confirmed that the professional dancer and singer Kaleen is going to be representing Austria in Eurovision 2024 in Malmö.

Kaleen is no stranger to Eurovision, as she was the stand-in artist for the technical rehearsals for several countries (prior to delegations arriving to the Contest) from 2018. She also has experience in Junior Eurovision, as she was the Creative Director for Bulgaria in 2021, and for Spain in both 2021 and 2022. She supported Austria, Armenia, Germany and Georgia with their stage performances last year in Liveprool.

Talking about the fact that she is the selected one to fly the Austrian flag in Malmö, Kaleen stated:

I think I haven’t fully grasped the fact yet, that I’ll be standing on that stage as an artist myself. I am in love with this world of lights and cameras and believe it’s a privilege to take the audience on a journey. I worked hard for this, and I am extremely proud. I am very looking forward to showing the world what I can do!

Shortly after the annoucement, leaks suggest that Kaleen will be performing the song “We Will Rave” in Malmö, however an official confirmation and the official release of the song is expected in the upcoming weeks. Whilst we are waiting for an official confirmation, give a listen to one of her latest singles – “What It Feels Like”:
