The second semi final of Benidorm Fest 2024 is taking place tonight. Another eight acts will be competing in tonight’s show to win over the hearts of the “professional juries”, demoscopic jury, as well as the public, in order to secure one of the four remaining places that lead to Saturday’s Grand Final.
In the past weeks, since the songs were released, we asked you to let us know which acts are YOUR personal favorites. At the moment of writing this article, the results were as follows:
- st. Pedro – Dos extranos (Cuarteto de cuerda) – 29%
- Almacor – Brillos platino – 22%
- Maria Pelae – Remitente – 14%
- Roger Padros – El temps – 9%
- Marlena – Amor de verano – 8%
- Jorge Gonzalez – Caliente – 8%
- Yoly Saa – No se me olvida – 6%
- Dellacruz – Beso en la manana – 5%
Our team members also listened to the eight competing songs, and voted. These are our results:

Even though there are lots of disagreements between our readers and our team members, we all agreed that three of our four qualifiers tonight should be st. Pedro, Maria Pelae and Roger Padros. Our readers have voted Almacor up to second place and would love to see him in the Final on Saturday, whilst the top favorite with our team members – Marlena, only finished 5th with our readers.
