These are ESCBubble’s qualifiers from the second semi final of Festival da Cancao 2024
The Portuguese national selection – Festival da Cancao 2024, continues tonight with its second semi final. A total of 10 acts are going to compete tonight for one of the remaining six places that lead to the Grand Final, which is set to take place next Saturday.
Ahead of tonight’s show, our team members listened to the ten competing songs, and voted for their favorites. This is how we saw the entries, and how we ranked them:
- No Maka feat. Ana Maria – Aceitar
- Leo Middea – Doce misterio
- Filipa – You Can’t Hide
- Maria Joao – Dia
- Silk Nobre – Change
- Rita Onofre – Criatura
- Joao Couto – Quarto para um
- Huca – Pe de choro
- Buba Espinho – O farol
- Cristina Clara – Primavera
No Maka feat. Ana Maria are the runaway winners of this Semi Final for our team members. Following them, Leo Middea and Filipa complete our team’s top three, whilst Maria Joao and Silk Nobre are in 4th and 5th place respectively. Apart from these five acts, our team members would like to see Rita Onofre as the 6th qualifier in tonight’s show. But this is all based on the studio versions, and of course – with live performances, anything and everything can change.
