Watch the music video of “Firefigther” by Nutsa Buzaladze

In January, Georgian broadcaster, has revealed that Nutsa Buzaladze will be the singer which will represent them at Eurovision 2024, last week they announced that she will sing the song “Firefighter” in Malmö and just moments ago the song as well as the official music video have been premiered.

Nutsa was born in Tbilisi she grew up in Turkey. Buzaladze started performing at the age of 5 as part of a group while she started taking piano lessons at the age of 8. Nutsa began her solo career in 2011 as a contestant of Georgia’s Got Talent. While competing in The Voice of Turkey, Hadise was her coach and later on the two of them collaborated. Buzaladze also took part at Two Stars Georgia and the Georgian versions of Your Face Sounds Familiar and Dancing with the Stars. In 2017 she was the runner up of the Georgian selection for Eurovision with the song “White Horses Run”. Nutsa released her debut album Nutsa22 in 2019. Later on she competed in All Together Now Russia and she took part at the Expo 2020 in Dubai. In Albanian song competition Kënga Magjike 2021 under the International artists category, Nutsa came second and last year she competed in the 21st season of the American Idol where she entered the top 12 of the show.

The ones behind her Eurovision entry are two composers from North Macedonia – Darko Dimitrov and Ada Skitka. Darko Dimitrov is the author of several Eurovision entries: North Macedonia 2019, 2018, 2014, 2013, 2006, Albania 2020, 2024 as well as Serbia 2018, 2019, 2021 and Montenegro 2022. The one behind the choreography will be a famous Italian choreographer – Luigi Alocca, while the stage will be directed by Sagiv Karpel. Karpel has previously worked on America’s Got Talent for 8 years and he is now part of the team which works with American Idol.

Nutsa will be performing her entry “Firefighter” in the second half of the second semi-final which is set to take place on 9th of May. You can check out the music video of it below
