The ten participants of the 2015 Melodi Grand Prix, the traditional Norwegian national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest will be revealed in two weeks time – on the 21st of January!
After having a national selection with various semi finals in the past years, NRK has decided to just go for a one-evening event on the 14th of March. For the first time after 1998, all the artists in Melodi Grand Prix are going to be accompanied by an orchestra on stage.
Melodi Grand Prix 2015 will be hosted by Kåre Magnus Bergh and Silya on the 14th of March, in Oslo Spectrum. If you are planning to attend this event, you can purchase your tickets here (click).
Karl Espen won last year’s Melodi Grand Prix with the song “Silent Storm”, which then finished 8th in the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen.
