New commentator announced for American coverage

For the third year in a row the Eurovision Song Contest will be broadcast live in the United States on Logo TV.

This years commentators for America will be Ross Matthews and for the first time RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant Shangela will also be joining him.

The 2018 Grand Final will be streamed live for viewers in America at http://www.logotv.com/eurovision-song-contest, Logo’s YouTube channel at YouTube.com/logoTV aswell as the LogoTV mobile app.

“Logo is thankful to once again partner with the EBU as the exclusive U.S. broadcaster for the global phenomenon that is the Eurovision Song Contest,” said Pamela Post, Senior Vice President of Original Programming at Logo. “The stateside audience for this one-of-a-kind celebration of song, performance and cultural pride continues to grow with our audience and we’re thrilled to provide a viewing home for the legion of fans in the United States.”
“The EBU is very pleased to once again collaborate with Logo for the third year running to broadcast the 63rd Eurovision Song Contest for U.S. audiences,” said Jon Ola Sand, the EBU’s Head of Live Events and Executive Supervisor
“True to this year’s motto All Aboard! we are thrilled that the contest is growing popularity in the United States and through Logo we are able to bring the competition to a new excited audience.”
The Grand Final of the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest will be aired live in the United States, starting at 15:00 (3PM) ET or 12:00 (12PM) PT.
