Sahlene is back at Eurovision stage!

It is official! We are going to have another return at Eurovision 2019. The famous Swedish singer and Eurovision entrant Anna Sahlene is back for the 5th time at the Eurovision stage.

This time she is going to be a backup vocal singer to the song “Bigger than Us” sung by the UK’s hopeful Michael Rice.

This is a very special moment for Sahlene as her first participation at Eurovision marks 20 years and it happened also in Israel. She was back vocalist to the winning song of Eurovision 1999 “Take me to your Heaven” sung by Charlotte Perrelli.

Next year at the Eurovision 2000 in Stockholm, Sahlene was again onstage as a member of One Voice who formed the chorale for Maltese act “Desire” performed by Claudette Pace.

Participating at Eurovision 2002 with the song “Runaway” for Estonia Sahlene marks her first solo artist performance and hopefully not the last one as she gathered all the love from the audience and ended third.

Then she was back to the Eurovision stage once again in 2016 as a back vocalist to “Sound of Silence” performed by Dami Im.

So- this is happening!! So excited and honored to to backup vocals with the amazing Michael Rice for UK in Eurovision in…
