Johnny Logan to stage Online concert

Johnny Logan has announced that he is to stage an online concert next month. The three times Eurovision winner said on his official Facebook page:

Hi Everybody, I’m delighted to be able to announce my 1st ever live online concert with my Band will take place from Copenhagen on Dec. 17th. at 20:30 and live chat. Please click on the link from Veeps.com and follow the instructions to buy a ticket. Looking forward to a great evening. Sean 💚🎤

Aswell as singing songs with his band, Johnny will also be reading a selection of text and social media messages, aswell as video messages from fans.

The event starts at 20:30 CET on 17th December, with tickets costing 12€. Tickets can be bought by clicking here.

Aswell as the concert. Johnny recently released his new single ‘We are invincible’ in a partnership with the organisation LichtBlick which cares for the elderly who live in poverty.

The description on his Youtube channel reads:

Johnny Logan wrote the song to be a reminder to everybody that age comes to us all. He believes his parents and yours were and are beautiful and to say that they were also somebody’s children and family members. We should not just look at them and see old people.

Johnny is still the only person to win the Eurovision Song Contest three times; as a singer in 1980 with ‘What’s Another year’, as a singer and songwriter in 1987 with ‘Hold Me Now’, and as a songwriter in 1992 with Linda Martin singing ‘Why Me’.
