Next up on day two of rehearsals we have Amanda from Greece, taking to the stage for the first time to rehearse her entry ‘Die Together’
One of the most intriguing uses of the stage we’ve seen so far, the use of lighting is bold, projects drama and the arena becomes part of the performance with blue and white filling every possible space. Amanda is wearing a gorgeous white dress with hints of silver and there are chairs that have been pushed over next to her.
In the press conference Amanda is asked about the chairs that were on stage, and she refers to them as melting and that they symbolise an end. She says musical inspirations include Christine and The Queens, Whitney Houston and Aurora.
Here is the TikTok snippet of the first rehearsal:
Amanda spoke with Italian Broadcaster RAI following the rehearsal and mentioned her lighting and the infamous chairs!
