Impressions From The Eurovision Turquoise Carpet 2022!

After months of preparations and three exciting live shows, the 66th Eurovision Song Contest has come to an end. Kalush Orchestra brought Ukraine its third victory with their song “Stefania”.

Even though the shows may be over, we at ESCBubble promise to bring you lots more Eurovision content throughout the next months and keep you posted with all the latest news about your favorite contest.

And today we are happy to introduce you to one of our most beloved experiences of this year’s Eurovision season – the Turquoise Carpet, the annual opening ceremony of the Eurovision Song Contest. This year’s glorious opening took place on Sunday, the 8th of May, and was located in Reggia di Venaria, the former royal palace of Venaria Reale, just outside of Turin.

You can watch ESCBubble’s insights from the Turquoise Carpet here and find out who we chatted with, who gave the funniest answers and whose Eurovision dream actually came true.
