Måns releases the single originally meant for Melodifestivalen 2015

It’s new music Friday, and today we have a new release from the winner of the 60th Eurovision Song Contest.

Måns Zelmerlöw has been holding on to his new release Running Low for over eight years. He admitted today on his social media that Running Low was the song he originally confirmed he would present at Melodifestivalen 2015 to his label Warner Music Sweden.

Of course, that never happened, as he came across the song Heroes, and ESC History was forever changed! Måns has been waiting for the right time to release the single, and today’s the day. He has already been performing it at some of his concerts over the last few months.

Running Low features The Agreement and was written by co-written by Måns himself along with Gavin Jones, Mattias Frändå, Oliver Lundström, and Johan Asgårde. It was produced by Peter Kvint.

Do you think he would have won Melodifestivalen and Eurovision 2015 with Running Low? Let us know in the comments or on our social media @escbubble!
