There were multiple rumors going around in the past weeks on who could represent Azerbaijan in Eurovision 2024 in Malmö, none of which turned out to be true. The Azeri national broadcaster Ictimai has internally selected Fahree to represent Azerbaijan later this May in Malmö.
Fahree is a 29 year old singer, and he comes from an artistic family – his father was a jazz drummer, while his grandfather was a well known actor. Even though he studied law and has a Master’s Degree, he decided that his career should be music. His song for Eurovision is already selected and recorded, and it will be released in the coming days.
