After the success of #PRONTOACORRERE, Marco Mengoni will soon be back with a new album. After the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest, where he represented Italy ending up in 7th place with the song “L’essenziale”, he went on to publish four more singles from his second album, before taking a small break to write new music.
Last friday, the new single “Guerriero” has been officially presented during a lectio magistralis at the University of Milan. The song, with some r’n’b influences, is a power ballad and will be the first song out of his new album – that is due to be published next january and will be divided in two parts.
The artist will also embark in a tour beginning next May 7th in Milan. You can take a look at Marco’s new video here, the clip is based on a singer’s idea:
