Sofie Fjellvang Won The Fourth Semi-Final Of Melodi Grand Prix 2022!

The qualifier from the third semi final and the 8th finalist of Melodi Grand Prix 2022 is Sofie Fjellvang with the song “Made Of Glass”!

In the first part of the show, Maria Mohn and Alexandra Joner faced-off in the first duel, after the public votes Maria Mohn advanced to the gold duel. In the second duel,  Kim Wigaard and Sofie Fjellvang were the ones which performed their song for the place in the gold duel and Sofie Fjellvang won the opportunity to perform the song once again.

In the gold duel there were Maria Mohn and Sofie Fjellvang who were competing for the ticket to the final and after receiving most audience votes Sofie Fjellvang was the one who advanced through to the Final, scheduled for 19th February. In addition to that audience got a chance to listen to the performance of one of the finalists and this Saturday Subwoolfer performed “Give That Wolf a Banana”. The remaining acts of the semi-final: Alexandra Joner, Kim Wigaard and Maria Mohn joined the six non qualifiers: Mira Craig, Eline Noelia, Trollfest from the first semi-final , Steffen Jakobsen, Lily Lowe and Daniel from the second semi-final and Mari Bølla, Sturla and VILDE from the third semi-final all of them have a chance to get a ticket for the final in the second chance round which is set for the 12th of February. The second chance round will look a bit different this year as first it will feature a show set for this Monday, 7th of February with all 12 non qualifiers and then out of them the 4 with the most votes will advance to the second chance round where they will face off in duels like in a semi-final.
