Junior Eurovision 2021 Jury Show to be held without an audience

France 2 has announced further information about the actions they will take to ensure the security of all 19 delegations attending the contest. Due to the increasing amount of cases of COVID-19, the broadcaster along with the European Broadcasting Union have decided to hold the Jury Dress Rehearsal without the public inside La Seine Musicale. That means the public will only be able to attend the live show on December 19.

All people that had purchased a ticket for the Jury Show can contact directly to La Seine Musicale for a refund of a replacement ticket for the live final on Sunday. Moreover, a Health and Security Protocol in PDF can be found on the official website of Junior Eurovision for those attending as press or as part of one of the 29 participating delegations.

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 will take place at La Seine Musicale in Paris. Unlike last year, all the delegations will be able to travel to the host city under normal circumstances. So, there won’t be pre-recorded performances. Also, the press will be able to report about the event from Press Center in the venue, which will be open for four days, from December 16th to 19th.

19 countries will compete at this year’s show which is set to take place on December 19th at 16.00 CET:
