The final of Junior Songfestival 2021 will take place on 25th of September!

Two weeks ago the finalists of the Dutch national selection for Junior Eurovision 2021 – Junior Songfestival 2021 have been revealed. After that news we also got a chance to hear which four acts are going to compete in the final to get a chance to represent The Netherlands at Junior Eurovision the artists are divided in a quintet, trio and two solo acts. Yesterday the snippets of the songs have been released and the date of the final has been announced. On 25th of September the following acts will compete:

  • Angelina, Ceder, Faye, Mirre and Soline
  • Jade, Loïs and Lyova
  • Ayana
  • Priscilla

The Netherlands was the first country who confirmed their participation at Eurovision 2021 and they immediately started their search for the country’s next representative at the contest. The auditions were held earlier this year and it has been announced that the final of Junior Songfestival 2021 – the Dutch national selection for Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 will take place in September. The members of UNITY – Naomi, Maud, Jayda and Demi revealed the 10 finalists two weeks ago.

The countries which confirmed their participation at Junior Eurovision 2021 so far are GermanyFranceThe NetherlandsRussia, Ireland ,Georgia. Poland and Portugal who has also selected their entrant for the contest. Albania is expected to make their decision this month while broadcasters from Slovakia, MoldovaAustriaEstoniaLatviaDenmarkIceland, Bulgaria, Norway, Finland, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland, WalesCzech Republic as well as Belgian broadcaster VRT confirmed they won’t be taking part at the show. The contest will take place on 19th of December in Paris .
